Flowplayer Crashing ALL browsers!

When I play a clip full-screen and it comes to an end, something bizarre happens. It returns to normal size then crashes the browser.

I have tested this on various mac and pc setups - IE, firefox and Safari.. All with the same results.

ALSO - there is still no resolution for playback on Safari?? I cannot launch my site until these two things are sorted.. which is making me pretty peeved I've paid for a full license!

flv encoding?

How did you encode your flv? It doesn't play until its downloaded all the way.

Fullscreen Crash - Licenced Version

Ive replaced most of my flv's with mp4's now.. exactly the same result - crashing.

Any ideas.. ANYONE?!

JavaScript errors

The page has some JavaScript errors that show up in Firebug. I would start by correcting those.

What's happening!!?

I've put this new bug-fix release here..

When run at fullscreen, at the end of the video it crashes the following browsers:

On Windows: IE 7, Firefox 2
Mac: Safari 3. Firefox 2 (Firefox 3 seems to be ok)

This is one major bug holding up the release of my website.

On a happier note - Mac Safari no longer seems to reset when clicked!

tested this

I tested this on Mac Safari and with Firefox 3 both on my Mac and on Linux. I cannot see any crashes. At the end of the video it closes the fullscreen-mode but that is how it has been designed to work.

What Flash version are you using? I was testing this on Flash 10.0 b218 and on Flash 9.0.124.0

NO crash on 1 of 1 machines

Mac OS: 10.4.9

Windows: XP SP2
Firefox: 2.0.0.11
Flash: 9.0.124.0
Crash on 1 of 1 machines

Comment: "At the end it doesn’t close and when you move your mouse then it runs through again and when you stop the mouse move it actually stops playing… weird"

Can anyone looking at this please test and post their results below.

We now recognize the

We now recognize the problem. This will be solved so that it stays in full-screen if that is launched. After the user goes away from full-screen, the player will disappear from the page once the current clip in the "simple playlist" is finished. Will be part of our next release.

will that be the next bug fix release, or version 3 in a few months?

is there no workaround? otherwise Im going to have to disable the fullscreen option on my site.

It's going to be the next bug-fix release that will be out in 1 or 2 months.
